Why See a Board Certified Dermatologist?

A Dermatologist specializes in the treatment of the skin, hair, and nails. Dermatologists are doctors licensed to practice medicine who have undertaken years of specialized training and have passed a board examination certifying them as dermatologists.

In Dr. Eubank’s case, she received her medical license following medical school and participated in a two-year fellowship program researching skin cancer at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Eubank then completed a three-year residency program in Dermatology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and the Dermatology Department of the MD Anderson Cancer Center. After completing her residency, Dr. Eubank became board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD).
